- Please follow up on the personal speaker intake form that Janelle or Missie have shared with you
- Fellows and Janelle will work with the Summit team, namely Thea Carew and Alex Chura, to confirm all details related to their speaker intake and management
- Speakers have different embarkation information and access to speaker-only meetups, dinners, and more.
WHAT INFORMATION YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM SUMMIT SERIES
- As speakers, all Fellows will receive a rider from the Summit Series team in the week leading up to the event.
- Riders will include details about: event check in, accommodations and guest details, weekend itinerary, participation schedule, rehearsals and tech check times, apps, social media, packing list, and more

WHAT INFORMATION YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM SUMMIT IMPACT
- You’ll be working closely with the Summit Impact team leading up to SAS on all matters programming, production, and speaker intake.
- In the week before the event:
- We will do a final walkthrough of the event
- You will receive a detailed rider for your session, which includes details about: the space we are in, point of contact, list of speakers, agenda summary, minute by minute breakdown, and more
